Pretty unhappy with how this came out. It looks good from a distance but again, not as much likeness as I wanted to achieve.

I am getting really serious about drawing every day. It really brings up my mood, especially when it's something I feel confident and familiar in such as football players. Anyway, gotta love Per! Expect some more German football players coming your way.

Decided to do another one. This one doesn't have as much likeness, but I really like the movement. Watching Per Mertesacker run is amazing!

I've been avoiding learning how to do digital art for years now. Today I finally decided to suck it up and get on with it. I was surprised how much I already knew. Even though it's still very shaky, I feel like it's a good start.

This was a great practice! I really had fun with it even though I only spent about 30 minutes on it. I think the movement is good even though the likeness in the face isn't quite right. I love Mertesacker and look forward to seeing him play more for Arsenal.

Welcome to Arsenal! He is a great footballer and I'm very excited to watch him play for Arsenal. I'm pretty happy with how this came out considering I am very sick and tired right now. It was a good study.
