Artists I Enjoy: LONGERRPIGS

I lost my favourite brush so this one was somewhat hard to do. I'm happy with it besides the eyes. Gotta work on it. Anyway, this is another great artist!

A video showing my inking process. Ink stick with grinding stone. Sped up 3x. Total time on inking was around 11 minutes.

Street Lamp

A coloured version of a sketch I did awhile back. I am liking using digital stuff lately and I think I'm starting to get the hang of it a bit better.

Rain at the Train Stop

I need to draw more of what I see when I'm travelling. I love drawing things that I see.

Street P.G.

Not exactly happy with this one either. Eh. Street version of Power Girl.

Street WW

I sketched some designs for more Street DC stuff today. Here's what I thought up for Street Wonder Woman. I am pretty happy with the concept but the colouring and stuff got away from me. Oh well.

Delta Work

Love me some Delta!

Mertesacker portrait sketch.

Pretty unhappy with how this came out. It looks good from a distance but again, not as much likeness as I wanted to achieve.

Koscielny Portrait Sketch

Had a lot of fun with this even if it doesn't look all that much like him.
Looks cheesy.

Light Up

Ready for the Game

A short comic I decided to do about prepping for football games. I am pretty happy with how it came out. I've learned a lot about inking recently and I know I will continue to get better and better the more I work at it. This isn't supposed to be a particular team or player, it's just a general made up thing. Hope you like it!

Street Blue and Gold sketch

Just doing more sketching. Not really happy with anything. whatever!

Been having a hard time drawing or even getting homework done. I've been sick for the past few days and a lot of other things have been going on. Anyway I'm pretty happy with how this came out.

Can't Get Along Without You

Another ink sketch. Super small. I'm really enjoying alternating between quills and brushes. Gives me a better idea of how to do washes in comics.

Ink Sketches

Some ink sketches from class today. Most of them are from memory, aside from the lamps which looked like they were whispering secrets today in class. The first image of the beach is about the length of an average piece of paper while the rest of the sketches are very small, roughly the size of the scoop of a spoon.

The Value of Critiques

A sketch I didn't feel like finishing. I used a reference image off of google.
