Bayern Boys
A quick finepoint sharpie sketch followed up by some simple colours. My two favourite Bayern players in one picture. Decently happy with how it came out.
MetacLeod
A late birthday present for a really good friend of mine. He's basically my brother. Anyway, I was trying to make it flowing and more gestural so I went straight into inking. I think it paid off even though the hand looks a little off.

Victory!
Words cannot describe how psyched I am that Arsenal won against Chelsea in the match today! It inspired me to draw more Arsenal again. Fantastic match. Anyway, it was a good practice to do more than one figure in a piece. I'm pretty happy with this aside from the way Van Persie looks. I haven't been liking a lot of the things I've been working on lately so I haven't been updating as often. I promise to update more in the future.

Strife
A sort of self-portrait done in acrylic paint on watercolour paper. I'm decently happy with this. I needed to do something besides sketch and use markers, and it feels good to get into something a bit different. I'll probbaly be doing more pieces like this in the future.

Koscielny sketch 4
I absolutely adore the shots taken of Koscielny at the Dortmund game after he collided with another player. Anyway, I am trying to practice facial expressions now. Hopefully soon here I'll get to more coloured works again.

Leïto
Semi happy with this one. District B13 is one of my favourite action movies. Great story, great acting, and realistic blood. Anyway, this was a good practice.

Ramsey sketch
I'm decently happy with how this came out. There could have been more likeness in the face but the movement an proportions are good. Feels good to draw Arsenal players again.

Nathan
A classmate of mine kindly allowed me to take a photo to use as a reference. This was a very good practice in both perspective and hands. I'm not particularly happy with the how the hands ended up turning out, but I think the rest of it came out alright.

Ryo Miyaichi sketch 2
Trying to incorporate some kind of background in my sketches. It came out alright. I'm happy with the movement of it.

JAREK
A sketch I decided to colour.... bad idea. It looked a lot better before I came in with the markers and killed it. Anyway I wanted to try my hand at some darker skin tones with the new technique I'm using. I'm also trying to practice hands and posing more. A little bit of progress there.

Schweinsteiger
More finished type work. I'm pretty happy with how this came out but I think the hatching kind of makes the background too busy. I might go back over it and make it smoother later. Congrats to the German national team on playing so well today against Turkey!
Cashback
A piece done after a screenshot of one of my favourite movies. I realized that it's about the time that I need to work on more portfolio pieces with backgrounds and perspective. The perspective got away from me on a few areas as well as the colors on the shampoo bottles (I used the wrong markers). Anyway, I worked really hard on this one and I think it payed off. Done in Prismacolor markers and pencil.

Lupe Fiasco
I'm really happy with how this came out. The angle of the head was a challenge but I think I got it to look natural. I am a huge fan of Lupe Fiasco. His music has great lyrics and a fantastic beat.

Wolf Like Shadow
The first thing I've drawn in awhile that I'm actually happy with. I think the contrast is nice. I did a piece similar to this awhile back, but it fell short in a few areas. This blends and flows much better.

I Disappear
Inspired by a the Faint song. I'm pretty happy with this. The feel to it is what I was going for. The hand gave me some trouble but oh well.

Koscielny sketch 3
I have mixed feeling about how this came out. I'm really happy with a lot of things and frustrated with other. I think in the end it came together and I achieved pretty good likeness. I haven't drawn him in awhile and I forgot how much fun it was. His facial structure is amazing.

Gooner Till I Die!
Despite today's loss against Tottenham I am still a proud Gooner! This is something I whipped up real fast. I am terrible at photoshop and I ended up just messing around with everything for awhile. Stay strong gunners!

Kampen
A sort of revamp of a picture I did over the summer. Some of you may remember it. I'm semi happy with it. I think the hands look funky but the posing is nice. I think I liked the sketch better, but oh well. Glad to get some more venting artwork out there.
