Vermaelen and Koscielny

Not really at all happy with how this came out. It was fun to do though.

The Arsenal

I have to say, this is one of my favourite pieces that I have ever drawn. The composition is a lot different than what I usually do. It feels good to branch out. Some of the likeness is a little bit off on some of the players (mainly Walcott I think) and some other small details. I tried to colour it digitally but my computer crashed. I hope to finish it soon.

Arsenal Sketches

Finally got around to compiling all of these into one file. Obviously this is the old first team since Na$ri and Cesc are still in there along with a couple others that have left the team since. I have to say, I feel pretty accomplished seeing it all put together. It was a lot of hard work, but it was one of the best projects I have put myself to work on. Gooner till I die.

This is really messy compared to the sketches I usually submit. I had some trouble with the pose and the hands but I think it came out alright. I might clean it up later.

A friend of mine asked me to draw him. I think it came out decently. :) I could've gotten the likeness better though.

Continuing on with my challenge to colour each Arsenal sketch. Here's players #5 and #6. Still having a difficult time. I'm not happy with Vermaelen's card at all. I had to do some major doctoring to fix my heavy handedness. It ended up getting really messy. I'm happy with Koscielny's though.

Arsenal sketches: Thomas Vermaelen and Laurent Koscielny

Still continuing on with my challenge to draw all of the Arsenal players in order of player number. Here is players #5 and #6. I was really excited to draw Koscielny and I'm quite happy with how his sketch came out. He's another one of my favorite players. These are of course rough sketches. After I finish through all of the players I will be coloring and inking them.
