100 Self Portraits

I had a lot planned to say about this and the whole process etc but in the end I think it doesn't really matter. There were days when I put more detail and work into the portraits and others when I wanted to be done quickly. I should have probably set an amount of time in hindsight. Anyway, these were all done from a mirror. No photo references or anything. I might make this a gif later.

The start of the 100 self portraits challenge

Today marks the start of my journey through 100 self portraits. Many artists have done this exercise and I'm finally ready to try it out myself. Don't worry, I won't be posting a hundred pictures on here and clogging up your internet with images of my face. I will be working on them and submitting the final product (hopefully by the end of this semester). If all goes well and I can get through it quickly, I may even do the 1,000 self portrait challenge. We'll see how this pans out!
