Nessie
It saddens me to admit how amateur this looks. I am trying to balance compositions more and branch out, so it's expected that I have to backtrack a little bit. It's a little cutesy compared to what I usually do. I'm still struggling with all of the brushes in photoshop.

Koscielny 5
Finally got around to doing more digital stuff. I'm learning a lot each time but I still feel very lost. I am pretty unhappy with the hair but everything else looks pretty good to me.

Bloody Nose
I am extremely frustrated with this one. I am getting frustrated with all of the tediousness of digital art. I ended up cropping it a whole bunch because I was so unhappy with it. I am glad I am forcing myself to do more, though. Hopefully I can keep learning.

Mertesacker & Koscielny
I've been avoiding learning how to do digital art for years now. Today I finally decided to suck it up and get on with it. I was surprised how much I already knew. Even though it's still very shaky, I feel like it's a good start.
Punk pen sketch
A sketch I did the other day using a skinny sharpie. I'm decently happy with how it came out. Backgrounds are definitely helping my sketches lately.

Children
I can't think of another title. I found another fantastic reference picture of children in Russian military uniforms. It was a very interesting photo that stayed with me. It was also a chance to try out my hand at drawing children for once. Decently happy with how it came out.
Russian Soldier
Found an old war photo on the web. I decided to do a loose ink drawing with it. I think it came out decently. I'm slowly learning how to work backgrounds into my pieces. Anyway, Russian history is definitely interesting. Even if I don't fully understand it.

Girl
Just a quick practice of the female form. I'm sorry if this offends anyone, it's obviously not meant to be sexual in any way. I am just rusty on inventing the female form so this was a good practice.
Punk Rock Panties
For lack of a better title, really. Anyway, this is a loose watercolor sketch. I'm messing around with compositions and female form.

Roman Boy
A doodle that came out of art history. I will always be in love with ancient Rome and all of its wonder.
Tied Up Too Tight
I've been listening to a lot of Twisted Wheel lately. Their music always gets me pumped. Anyway, I've decided I needed more ways to trick myself into getting looser. So I've started sketching with a skinny sharpie. It's been working out okay. I like how this part of the page came out, at least.

Saint Basil's Cathedral
One of my major weekpoints in art is landscapes. I thought a good way to start getting into it was to draw places I want to visit. Moscow is at the top of the list, along with this beautiful cathedral. I am decently happy with this considering I didn't get to spend much time on it. Next time I will do better.

Twisted Wheel
Another one of my favourite bands. Can't say I'm terribly happy with this one. The likeness isn't quite right and neither is the perspective. Anyway, it was another good practice. One of these days I'll draw something original. Sigh.

The Last Shadow Puppets
One of my all time favourite bands. This band has a bigger place in my heart than even the Arctic Monkeys. I'm decently happy with how this came out. It's good to do pieces with more than one person in it. It's helping me a lot with proportion.
